Starting from the top of the crown on week 1 and working our way down to the root by week 7, this series can be done on a drop-in basis or purchased as a package for the full 7 week series.

A donation-based event taking place 2x/month~
We’ll have a one hour session starting with gentle stretches and breath work, then move into an all-levels & beginner-friendly yoga flow ending in sound bath. (about 40-45mins yoga & 15-20mins of sound bath).
*props provided, just bring yourself and a mat! :)

Short and sweet personal sound baths are available at pop-ups and yoga events as donation-based offerings to calm the mind and ground your energy~
